The ten stocks and Q-scores come from page 3 of your supplied Q3 report. These are dated publisher scores, separate from the site’s independent research estimates. Equal weights avoid treating small score differences as precise sizing signals. The final list spans seven sectors; the report’s earlier eight-sector description predates the Financials-to-Industrials replacement described on page 6.

Present in the September 17 Credit Only model. A flexible credit allocation across loans, bonds and CLOs; structured-credit and leverage risks remain.
Present in the September 17 Credit Only model. Adds a shorter-duration credit mandate and a different manager. Short duration does not eliminate default or market-price risk.
Present in the September 17 Credit Only model. Adds a dedicated floating-rate loan mandate. Income can fall as rates decline, and senior loans still carry borrower-default risk.
Present in the September 17 Credit Only model. Adds KKR’s credit management alongside Ares, Barings and Nuveen. Its loans and bonds can overlap with the other credit funds; this is manager diversification, not an independent asset class.
Retains Bavaria’s reaffirmed 2026 idea as a smaller multi-asset component: 20% of this allocation and 2% of the whole plan. Underlying funds bring overlap, layered fees and potential leverage.
Retained at a 5% target in Armchair’s September update after trimming gains. The plan uses it as a broad US income anchor, not a new September buy.
Armchair added to UTF in September. This allocation complements the stock core with infrastructure income; the article’s discount was a dated observation.
Retained at a 5% target after September trimming. A smaller allocation than GPIX limits the growth-stock tilt and overlapping US equity exposure.
Added in Armchair’s August update for international exposure. The latest September note does not report a sale; this is an adaptation, not a publisher starter portfolio.
Income Factory: $80,000 goes to four credit funds and $20,000 to FOF. Equal $20,000 targets cap each direct position at 2% of the whole plan and avoid overstating confidence in rankings or dated yields. This is a selected subset of verified holdings, not a copy of the full publisher model or its weights. The existing stock and Armchair allocations already supply substantial equity exposure.
The Armchair allocation favors broad funds over the new DX Series C preferred position. This keeps the small allocation simpler to manage and avoids adding individual preferred-share call and floating-rate decisions. It is an independent selection from public updates, not an official new-investor list.
Suggested entry method: invest one quarter of every target at each of four monthly steps. Each step deploys $250,000: $200,000 Nanalyze, $25,000 Income Factory and $25,000 Armchair. Pick the first purchase date when ready; uninvested amounts remain cash until their scheduled step.
The PDF favors gradual entry; this four-step schedule is our implementation choice. Spreading purchases reduces dependence on one entry date but can lag a rising market. Dollar targets assume fractional shares; otherwise round down at execution and retain the balance as cash. Prices, shares and tax treatment must be checked at purchase time.
Review quarterly. Use new cash and distributions to fill underweight positions first. Review the 80 / 10 / 10 mix if any allocation drifts by more than 5 percentage points; assess taxes and costs before selling.
Reassess a dividend freeze or cut, a material strategy change, persistently weak distribution coverage, or a large fund premium. A high distribution rate alone is not evidence of a sustainable return.
The ten direct stocks each represent 8% of the full portfolio. Healthcare, consumer staples and industrials each account for 16% through those stocks alone. The remaining direct-stock allocations are 8% each in consumer discretionary, utilities, energy and materials.
Each Income Factory fund is 2% of the whole plan, across five direct managers. The four credit funds can still hold similar below-investment-grade borrowers and fall together during credit stress. Leverage amplifies losses, discounts can widen, and distributions can be cut. FOF can overlap with those funds, UTF and the equity core and adds layered fund expenses. This mix reduces direct manager concentration; it does not remove correlated credit risk. GPIX and GPIQ can give up some upside through option writing; IDV adds foreign-market and currency exposure.
This is a growth-and-income investment portfolio, not a cash reserve or capital guarantee. It can suffer substantial market losses. No current yield or future income is promised, and no tax residency or account type is assumed.
Apply this model portfolio’s allocations at the start, reinvest each holding’s distributions, and hold without rebalancing or adding money.
View model portfolio & allocationsThis exact portfolio could not be bought in full 5 years ago. $50,000 (5.00%) stays in cash at 0% until the newer funds have a market price: GPIX — $30,000 invested Oct 27, 2023; GPIQ — $20,000 invested Oct 27, 2023. The result below includes this cash assumption.
Starting dollar allocations match the model portfolio below. Contribution is each holding’s gain or loss divided by the full $1,000,000 budget; it adds up to the portfolio return.

Hypothetical hindsight illustration using this plan’s selected holdings and allocation weights. It is not the creator’s actual historical portfolio or a live performance record. Each position’s ending value is its initial allocation × ending adjusted close ÷ purchase-date adjusted close. Distributions are reinvested in the same security; no rebalancing, withdrawals or new contributions. Fractional shares are assumed. Personal taxes and transaction costs are excluded; fund expenses are reflected in market-price performance.
The window ends on the latest verified session shared by all holdings and begins on the first matched trading session on or after its 5-year anniversary. International comparisons require same-date prices and exchange rates. Chart points use dates with prices for every invested holding. Dollar values are rounded for display; totals use unrounded values. New funds use their first available market close, which can follow the issuer’s inception date. Return methodology
All holdings checked Oct 10, 2026.
This historical illustration applies the full target allocation at the period’s start. It does not simulate the proposed four monthly purchases. GPIX and GPIQ launched in 2023, so longer windows explicitly hold those allocations in cash until launch.
User-supplied PDF, pages 2–3 and 5–6. Only the ten Dividend Growth Stocks are used. The report gives no position weights; equal weighting is this plan’s choice. The disruptive-growth list is outside this plan. Q3 2026 is the edition on the supplied file; no newer private report is implied.
nanalyze-new-money-portfolio-q3-2026.pdfThe September 28 update supports GPIX, GPIQ and UTF. The August 30 update documents IDV’s addition. No separate current starter portfolio was verified.
