The evidence

Holdings, weights & update frequency

01

What is actually disclosed?

The snapshot shows tickers, names, portfolio percentages, yields and review links. It is presented as Armchair’s own portfolio. It does not show brokerage share counts, purchase lots or a complete personal balance sheet.

02

How current is it?

The latest public newsletter found was published August 30, 2026 and links to the August 28 snapshot. The archive shows roughly monthly editions. This is a dated disclosure; later trades and price movements may have changed the allocation.

03

Can we reproduce the allocation?

Yes, at the snapshot date. The 36 displayed weights add to 99.97%, while the source reports 100% in total; the 0.03-point difference is consistent with rounding. Any replica should retain the date and explain its rounding treatment.

04

How is it adapted to our $100K model rules?

The source contains 36 investments. Our current $100K model selects the 20 largest published positions and adapts their relative weights to 1–10% limits. It is a subset with adjusted allocations, not the full published portfolio. The original $1M AI model is preserved separately for comparison.

Our assessment

Most straightforward starting point

A dated research replica is feasible using the public allocation. Preserve each security’s identity, particularly the Annaly preferred share, and retain the publication date. Matching later returns would also require the subsequent trades, distributions, reinvestment decisions and costs.

Practical next step

Compare the adapted $100K plan with the original AI recommendation linked at its bottom. Recheck the newsletter for newer holdings before treating the August 28 snapshot as current.
